QVI´s base is The Elegance Court Hotel in
Bangkok.
QVI is an affiliate member to RCI.
Through RCI we can exchange our
accommodation in Bangkok to any of RCI other affiliate
member’s resorts - 4000 different resorts in 100
countries world-wide.

QVI Product Presentation
Choose between 3 products, all valid for
4 persons:
Diamond Vacation
Club Membership, 60 weeks. 2 weeks per year
during 30 years.
Platinum Vacation
Club Membership, 30 weeks. 1 week per year
during 30 years.
Gold Vacation Club
Membership, 15 weeks. 1 week every second year
during 30 years.
Number of Users
You can put down 2 persons as users on
you packages. This information has to been given to QVI
before you have done your final payment and RCI has sent
you all documentation.
If someone else use your weeks and you do
not accompany them a service charge for a Name change
will be charged, approximately $30 per occasion.
Exchange to Another Accommodation
QVI is affiliate member to RCI – Resort
Condominium International. RCI has been in the business
for 30 years. They have approximately 4000 resorts as
affiliate member in over 100 countries. These resorts
can be ordinary hotels, cruise lines, canal boats, motor
homes etc.
Costs for the Accommodation:
Since we have paid for our accommodation
for the next 30 years we are not affected by
increase in prices on the accommodation. Generally one
counts on an increase of 5 % per year.
Times for Check in / check out
For each Use Period, the check-in time
shall be 4:00 p.m. on the check-in day and the checkout
time shall be 10:00 a.m. on the checkout day. The check
in/checkout day for each unit is Saturday.

QVI has arranged so that we have the
greatest Trading Power.

QVI has chosen to invest in an
accommodation in Thailand, Bangkok and in Koh Samui.
Low prices for a very good standard with a high
level of service.

Large bedroom suite at the 4-star The
Elegance Court Hotel for 4 persons: bedroom,
living room and a kitchenette.

High season all year around (red
colour in the RCI catalogue) = no extra cost, except
the exchange fee, when changing to another
high-class resort. We are offered RED = the highest
exchange category (red= high season, white= middle
season and blue= low season).

Floating week = we are not assigned
any special week during the year (compare
time-share).

The week/s is/are deposited into the
”RCI - Pool” 2 years in advance. This increases our
chances to get other accommodation that we wish for.

”Split week” is offered to
Asian residents ONLY. It offers the
opportunity to split the week (3/4 nights). Only
available at a few resorts in Asia. Living in Europe
one belongs to RCI Europe.
Yearly Contact with QVI:
Every year in October-November someone
from QVI will contact you and ask if you plan to use
your week at The Elegance Court Hotel the
following year.
The Clients security:
In order for QVI's clients to feel secure
cooperation is made with the English trustee Hutchinson
& Co. Trustee Company. Please take a look at
www.hutchtrust.co.uk
and click on Holiday Ownership Services. Hutchinson
administers the money for QVI´s clients and make sure
that you as a client is guaranteed your accommodation
the next 30 years and that The Elegance Court
Hotel will receive the maintenance fee.
